Job Title: Manager Treasury – Affordable Home Finance- Mumbai

Job Responsibility:

Raising of long-term debentures, Sub Debt, Perpetual Debentures, Commercial papers, Liasoning with investors in regular basis

Setting up CC/WCDL/Term Loan, BG, lines with banks, negotiating with banks for setting up new facilities, documentation process for availing facilities.

Raising ECBs, FCNR loans from banks, hedging the same against currency and interest rate risk by way of forward contracts, currency swaps (POS & IOS), closing loan against agreements and ISDA Documents

Securitization by DA or PTC route including negotiation, liasoning with rating agencies for pool rating/loss estimate, closure of pre and post deal compliance with banks

Daily cash flow management, Computation of Debt servicing liability, tracking future payouts of all liabilities

Tracking investment in Mutual Funds, G Sec, T Bills, analyzing the returns and investing the surplus funds. Doing Repo transactions as per requirements.

Preparation of monthly ALM reports (Dynamic Liquidity, Structural Liquidity, Interest rate Sensitivity, ALM Annual) and submission of the same to RBI, Preparing ALM presentation on regular basis to be sent to Asset Liability Committee members of board

Compliance with Pre & Post disbursal requirements such as QIS Statements, Lodgement reports, information to banks, stock audit reports, due diligence reports to Bankers, CA certifications, CMA data to the Bankers

Compliance of SEBI, RBI & Companies Act 2013 applicable to treasury transactions

Preparation of budget of Treasury including cash flow projections and interest cost analysis

Preparation of IM, PAS 4, DTD, DTA for Secured/Unsecured/Tier II/Perpetual NCDs/CPs in line with SEBI, RBI Guidelines and companies Act as applicable from time to time

Handling systems to enter all deals in system

Taking care of all Audit requirements and processes required for the same
