Job Description

Job Title: Manager - Office of the Director - Mumbai
Job Responsibility :
1. Founder/Director Support and Strategic Execution
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the Director on business priorities and growth initiatives
- Translate high-level vision into clear action plans, milestones, and outcomes
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely achievement of tasks and in line with the Company's objectives
- Identify bottlenecks, escalate issues where needed and ensure on-time delivery
2. Business Strategy :
- Own and execute high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects
- Support new business evaluation, joint ventures, M&A opportunities, and project feasibility analysis
- Conduct market, competitor, and opportunity assessments to support decision-making
- Track progress on key initiatives and ensure timely reporting to the Director.
3. Business Operations & Performance Management :
- Track KPIs, operational metrics, and business dashboards across departments
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies; drive corrective actions

- Work with functional heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals
4. Financial & Commercial Support :
- Review business plans, budgets, cash flows, and financial performance
- Support capital raising, lender interactions, investor decks, and financial presentations
- Assist in improving profitability, cost efficiency, and capital deployment Communication &
5. Stakeholder Management :
- Serve as a key interface between the Director's office and internal / external stakeholders
- Represent the Director in meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups as delegated Governance,
6. Compliance & Best Practices :
- Support corporate governance, documentation, and compliance frameworks
- Drive adoption of digital transformation initiatives and implementation of ERP's
Mandatory :
- Entrepreneurial mindset, and networking & relationship management.
- Leadership & executive presence, financial literacy (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), negotiation and deal-making, global outlook,]
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- High levels of discretion and integrity.

Target Industry : Construction Industry
Gender : Male Preferred
Experience : 6-8 years of experience in a Founder's Office, CEO's Office, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations or Leadership Support role. Experience working directly with senior leadership / board members is desirable
Job Location : Chembur, Mumbai
Working Days : 6 days
Work Timings : 9.30 am to 5.30 pm (8 Hours)
Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering - Mandatory
MBA / PGDM - Strategy, Finance, or Operations or equivalent - Optional
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days
Relocation candidates : No
