CNC Programmer

Position: VMC Programmer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VMC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in programming and setting milling machines, with a strong understanding of VMC operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Program and set up VMC machines according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Work with team to develop and implement new machining processes to improve productivity
• Keep accurate records of production and machine maintenance activities

• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as needed
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in programming and setting VMC machines
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of VMC operations and machining processes
• Experience with CNC programming software and G-code
