Be Bodywise, started in May 2021, is an online womens elective health platform serving 1.5M women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns such as hair, skin, body, PCOS, sleep, and nutrition.
As an empathetic wellness expert, Be Bodywise aims to empower women to understand and embrace their bodies combining science-backed solutions with expert guidance and relatable storytelling to build real, lasting body confidence.
Little Joys, started in May 2022, is an online health platform for kids, helping 1M parents every year solve for their childs physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health, personal hygiene and behavioural development with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.
Job Summary:
Were looking for a highly creative, hands-on Social Media Manager to take Be Bodywises digital presence to the next level.
This role is both strategic and execution-driven perfect for someone who loves creating meaningful content, experimenting with formats, and building a brand thats trusted and loved.

What Youll Do:
- Lead Be Bodywises growth on Instagram and expand its presence across new social platforms with a first-principles approach.
- Own the full content lifecycle: strategy, ideation, creation, publishing, and performance optimization.
- Create engaging and informative posts/reels every week ensuring creative excellence, platform-native storytelling, and consistency with the brands empathetic expert voice.
- Be comfortable appearing on-screen and collaborating with creators, experts, and real women to build authentic content.
- Stay ahead of social trends and translate them into relevant, wellness-driven stories for Be Bodywise.
- Ensure all content builds both brand love and business impact through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Who You Are:
- A social media specialist with deep expertise in Instagram and short-form video platforms, with 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Bonus: Youve built or managed a creator page or community with a clear growth intent.
- Exceptionally creative you can blend insight, empathy, and aesthetics into thumb-stopping content.
- Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera, directing shoots and storytelling with confidence.
- Have a strong sense of ownership and a desire to grow a brand that genuinely helps women feel seen, supported, and understood.
- Passionate about social storytelling, data-backed experimentation, and community-driven growth.
- Female preferred.
