Job Role: HR Operations Executive
Experience Level: 0.6 Months+
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site)
Job Overview:
Were searching for a Human Resources Operations Executive for our internal Operations teams to
handle strategic HR-related issues and concerns. Were looking for someone who can help in
implementing and executing Human Resource plans and programs.
Job Responsibilities -
● Handle overall HR Operations, including end-to-end onboarding formalities, performance
management, office time management, and employee documentation.
● Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, pre & post-joining formalities, employee documentation, background verification (BGV), and issuing offer & appointment letters.
● Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR data in compliance with
company policies.
● Support Talent Management initiatives, including performance tracking, employee retention
efforts, and workforce planning.
● Plan and coordinate Training & Development programs by identifying training needs and
supporting learning initiatives for employee growth.
● Drive Employee Engagement activities to improve morale, culture, and workplace relationships.
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR processes and communication.
● Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as required.

● Handle payroll processing and compensation & benefits administration, ensuring accuracy
and timely execution.
Requirements –
● Knowledge of HR systems and databases
● Ability to architect a strategy along with leadership skills
