Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bhubaneswar. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of retail and high net worth clients by understanding their financial goals and offering suitable products and services across MOFSLs range of investment and financial solutions. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and onboarding new clients, conducting regular portfolio reviews, providing market and product updates, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. The role involves close coordination with internal product, research, and operations teams to deliver timely and accurate service, as well as adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards. The Relationship Manager is expected to meet defined sales and revenue targets while maintaining a customer-centric, ethical approach to advisory and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term engagement.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products (equity, mutual funds, derivatives, etc.), and wealth management concepts.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and prepare basic reports or presentations.
• Sales and business development abilities, including prospecting, lead conversion, and achievement of revenue and portfolio growth targets.
• Attention to detail and compliance orientation, with the ability to follow regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and CRM or broking platforms to manage client information and transactions.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in securities or wealth management are an advantage.
• Prior experience in broking, wealth management, or financial services relationship roles is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
