Commission-Based Lead Generation Partner / Business Development Associate

Compensation: Revenue share / commission only, no fixed salary

Geonayan.com is looking for a motivated lead generation partner who can help identify and bring in qualified leads for our platform. This is a performance-based opportunity for someone who wants to earn through revenue sharing rather than a fixed salary.

The role is suited for someone who understands outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification, and who can work independently to generate business opportunities. You will help us find potential users, clients, partners, or sellers who can list or engage on geonayan.com.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads through online platforms, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Reach out to prospects through calls, messages, email, LinkedIn, or other relevant channels.
  • Qualify leads based on interest, relevance, and fit for Geonayans platform.
  • Maintain a simple record of outreach and lead status.
  • Coordinate with the Geonayan team to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Work toward mutually agreed lead or revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Good communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to research prospects and approach them professionally.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working on commission.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or lead generation is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of online outreach tools such as WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, or CRM is a plus.

Compensation

  • No fixed salary.
  • Revenue share / commission on successful conversions or closed business.
