Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Senior Consultants with strong expertise in BIP, HCM Extracts, and HDL, capable of handling end-to-end reporting, data migration strategy, and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and design of:
• BIP reports
• HCM Extracts
• HDL-based data migration solutions
• HSDL
• Visual Builder Studio
• Gather and analyse reporting and data requirements from business stakeholders
• Define data migration and reporting approaches for implementations
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation
  
• Support and review SIT/UAT cycles
• Work closely with functional teams and clients in a client-facing role
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to reports, extracts, and data loads
• Mentor junior consultants and review their deliverables
• Support integrations and data interfaces
• Prepare technical design documents

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• BIP Reports
• HCM Extracts
• HDL & HSDL
• Visual Builder Studio
• Fast formula
• Strong understanding of any 2 Oracle HCM modules
• Experience in multiple implementations/support projects
• Experience in handling data migration and reporting strategy
• Knowledge of SQL and data handling
• Familiarity with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Knowledge of AI Agent Studio is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills (client-facing)
