Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultants / Lead Consultants with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM functional modules along with technical capabilities in reporting, extracts, integrations, and data migration.

The ideal candidate should possess a balanced techno-functional skillset with hands-on experience in:

Functional Modules

  • Core HR
  • Payroll
  • Absence Management
  • Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
  • Compensation
  • Talent Management
  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

Technical Expertise

  • BI Publisher (BIP) Reports
  • OTBI Reports
  • HCM Extracts
  • HDL (HCM Data Loader)
  • Fast Formula
  • SQL
  • REST/SOAP APIs

The role involves implementation, solution design, reporting strategy, data architecture, stakeholder management, testing, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Implementation & Configuration

  • Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules including:
  • Core HR
  • Payroll
  • Absence
  • Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
  • Compensation
  • Talent Management
  • ORC
  • Configure applications aligned with business requirements and Oracle best practices
  • Support payroll processing, absence validations, compensation cycles, and OTL configurations
  • Assist in payroll parallel runs, data validations, and compliance checks
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions

Reporting, Data & Technical Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain:
  • BI Publisher (BIP) Reports
  • OTBI Reports
  • HCM Extracts
  • HDL templates and data loads
  • Fast Formula
  • Support reporting, analytics, and data migration requirements
  • Define and execute data migration, reporting, and extract strategies
  • Troubleshoot issues related to reports, extracts, HDL, and integrations
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and governance standards
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, extensions, and interfaces

Testing, Deployment & Support

  • Execute SIT/UAT and support business users during testing phases
  • Support go-live readiness, deployment activities, and post-production stabilization
  • Prepare functional and technical documentation including:
  • BRDs
  • FDDs
  • Technical Specifications
  • Test Scripts/Test Cases
  • Provide post-go-live support and enhancement activities

Leadership & Client Management (Lead Consultant Role)

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with techno-functional ownership
  • Conduct client workshops and requirement discovery sessions
  • Define solution architecture, reporting frameworks, and data strategies
  • Review functional and technical design documents
  • Act as primary client interface for reporting, payroll, and data discussions
  • Mentor junior consultants and manage delivery timelines
  • Support pre-sales activities, demos, and solutioning discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM techno-functional implementation/support
  • Hands-on expertise in:
  • Core HR
  • Payroll / Absence / OTL
  • Compensation / Talent / ORC
  • BI Publisher (BIP)
  • OTBI Reports
  • HCM Extracts
  • HDL
  • Fast Formula
  • SQL
  • Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
  • Strong understanding of:
  • HCM data structures
  • Payroll architecture and compliance
  • Reporting frameworks
  • Data migration and validation processes
  • Experience with:
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Integrations and extensions
  • Payroll reporting and interfaces
  • Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Fusion HCM Certification
  • Experience in global or multi-country implementations
  • Exposure to payroll legislations (India / Middle East / UK / US preferred)
  • Exposure to Redwood UI / VBS
  • Experience in large-scale HCM transformation programs
