Module Lead

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with a strong focus on Python for AI/ML solutions to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Python, particularly in the context of developing AI and machine learning applications. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Python applications for AI and machine learning solutions.
• Lead the delivery of software modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with data scientists and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and optimize algorithms for machine learning and AI applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Utilize SQL for database management and data manipulation to support AI/ML initiatives.
• 
  Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and Python development.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in Python programming, with a strong emphasis on AI and machine learning solutions.
• Experience with Django framework for web application development.
• Solid understanding of SQL and experience with database management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with data visualization tools and libraries.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks related to AI/ML.
• Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering successful software projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
