Process Skills

• Manual testing experience in Embedded/Printer domain with Firmware Testing
• Strong Print / Similar IOT ecosystem engineering knowledge.
• Good in understanding the new process and features. Create custom training plans needed for Home and SMB validation.
• Ability to understand / derive customer insights to close the loop
• Sound knowledge of Test tools like JIRA.
• Well verse with Jira & Defect Characterization. Reporting and Analysis from the results as data points.
• Triage and troubleshooting for defect reproducing experience.
  

Behavioral Skills

• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Flexible to work in multiple programs and self-motivated for time management
