Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- KRA 1. Drive revenue & leads - paid ads, funnel & Shopify:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
- Manage targeting, retargeting, and campaign scaling
- Optimize and deploy the full funnel and improve conversion rates
- Set up Pixel, events, and conversion tracking
- Integrate and manage *Shopify with ad campaigns*
- KRA 2. Performance & growth:
- Own the growth funnel: Ad ? Landing Page ? Signup/Booking ? Conversion
- Run & analyze campaign and funnel performance using data and dashboards across Meta, Shopify, Google, and Instagram.
- Run A/B tests (creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers, budgets)
- Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones
- Track KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and revenue
- Build simple dashboards and share weekly performance insights
- Collaborate with founders, product, and design to scale what works
- KRA 3. Social media management:
- Manage Instagram & Facebook (posts, reels, stories, and engagement)
- Design high conversion creatives (static, reel, shorts, video, carousels)
- Shopify: Product linking, store traffic monitoring, conversion tracking, basic store and product page optimization
- Plan and schedule content with consistent brand messaging
- Coordinate creatives and monitor engagement and growth
