THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION BASED IN BANGALORE, INDIA
Role and Responsibilitys

• Support the Product Managers with daily product operations, requirement gathering, and cross-functional coordination.
  
• Analyze product funnels and customer behavior to uncover insights and recommend improvements.
• Maintain product documentation including PRDs, user flows, dashboards, and release notes.
• Assist in running experiments and A/B tests, defining metrics, and interpreting results.
• Monitor product performance, track key KPIs, and flag issues or opportunities proactively.
  

Expected deliverables

• Quality and timeliness of product insights & documentation, requirement finalization
• Measurable improvement in respective acquisition channels performance - B2B and D2C
• Speed and accuracy of issue detection, including proactive identification of KPI anomalies and coordination to resolve them.

The Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel/Sheets, and basic analytics platforms (e.g: GA, Tableau).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to document requirements and collaborate across teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow-ups, and timelines.
• User-centric thinking and the ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured, logical steps
• 2 to 5 yrs of experience in basic product management, preferably in financial services. STEM graduates are highly preferred.
  

A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple time zones and locations!
In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, within a small agile team, embracing fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload, tight deadlines, and a high degree of autonomy.
