Senior Process Associate - Claims Management- Bengaluru

Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Bengaluru office:

Senior Process Associate - Claims Management

We will count on you to:

• Claims Processing: Receive, verify, and process client claims as per defined SOPs and timelines.
• Claim Review & Analysis: Analyze each claim to ensure completeness and compliance. Identify and document reasons for claim rejections or delays.
• Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, insurers, and internal departments to resolve issues related to claim status or documentation.
• Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with insurance companies and stakeholders for claim approvals, rejections, and settlements.
• Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on claim status, turnaround time (TAT), pending cases, and rejection trends.
• Documentation: Maintain proper records and audit trails for all claims processed and correspondence made.
• Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements to streamline claims handling, reduce rework, and improve client satisfaction.

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (commerce, insurance, or related field preferred)
• 35 years of experience in insurance claims processing or a similar back-office operations role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and report creation
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously and work in a deadline-driven environment
• Knowledge of insurance policies, claim processes, and rejection codes (preferred)
