About the Role:
- This role is for someone who wants to learn how to sell ideas, influence decisions, and build long-term client relationships.

- You'll work with organizations that know performance problems aren't solved by tools alone, they are solved by behaviour change

- Diagnose performance and leadership challenges
- Shape solutions with internal consultants
- Manage long sales cycles without losing momentum
- Close work you believe will genuinely help the client
- Build trust that leads to repeat and expanded engagements

The Role Holder
- You have 3 to 4 years of experience in consultative or solution sales
- You are comfortable selling services
