Warranty/Lemon Law Document Assistant

Job Information:

• Collecting customer and vehicle documents from various corporate departments, including downloading information from internal databases
• The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Legal Department s Warranty/Lemon Law litigation case managers with the process of collecting documents for discovery in litigation.
• 
  Reporting to the Managing Counsel- Business Litigation and Warranty/Lemon Law, the person in this role will support the Legal Department s objective to strategically and efficiently manage its warranty/lemon law litigation
• Updating case files
• Transmitting documents to outside counsel for production
• Other discovery projects as requested

• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage high-volume of work, including supporting multiple individuals
• Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively communicate with your team
