Job Description

    We are seeking a Senior Recruiter professional to join our new IT Tech Center in Hyderabad (Hitech City) on a 1-year contract (with possible extension).

    Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level niche roles, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization, supporting other Talent Acquisition initiatives as an individual contributor, and driving hiring for large GCC recruitment projects.
    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in technology and large GCC hiring. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a hybrid work environment.
