Head - Marketing and Brand
Hiring for a K-12 school-building arm of an established education Technology firm.
Responsibilities:
- New-Age Digital Marketing, AI, and Lead Generation: Own full digital marketing presence including SEO, SEM, social media, and AI-powered nurture journeys.
- PR, Events, and Community: Build PR strategy and manage school open days and community engagement.
- Agency and Team Management: Manage all marketing agency relationships and lead the Design Associate.

- 8 to 12 years of experience in brand building, marketing, or growth.
- Strong track record of launching or repositioning a premium brand to a high-net-worth audience.
- Equally strong at brand strategy and performance marketing.
- Fluent in AI-powered marketing tools and data-driven decision making.
- Comfortable in a startup environment with significant execution work.
