Responsibilities:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in technology, staffing, and IT hiring processes. They will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to drive our companys success.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and talent acquisition best practices.
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and tools to streamline and optimize the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress, candidate pipeline, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree or HR certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or in a similar role, with a focus on technology, IT staffing, and IT hiring.
Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
