Job Description

    As an Enterprise Sales Manager at MTAP, you will play a pivotal role in meeting customer acquisition targets and driving sales strategy execution. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing strong, enduring customer relationships by understanding their needs and aligning our products to meet those needs effectively.
    The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of surpassing sales revenue growth targets. You should possess a hunter mentality, actively seeking out new business opportunities and engaging with targeted clients through various channels such as telephone, email, social networks, and events. Identifying key decision-makers in companies, setting up meetings to comprehend their requirements, and demonstrating how our products can address their needs are essential aspects of this role.
    Your responsibilities will also include generating new client leads, expanding the prospect database, managing relationships with CXO level executives, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction post-sales. You will be expected to deliver growth targets across different geographies, customer segments, and product lines.
    Desired qualifications for this position include an MBA, a strong background in new client acquisition, a willingness to travel for client meetings, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment. Excellent relationship management, presentation, and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
