Job Description
- As a Customer Relation Executive at MTG, your primary responsibilities will include business promotion by ensuring follow-up with agents for orders and addressing any queries they may have. You will also be responsible for coordinating with various departments such as FSTs, cover design team, production department, and logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Additionally, you will need to provide timely guidance to the process coordinator and the collection team related to sales, and execute party cover orders as well as MTG cover orders.
Furthermore, you will be required to conduct post-order operations by reaching out to parties after delivery for feedback. You will also be supporting the back-end team through tasks such as data mining, preparing quotations using Excel, maintaining records of all orders and specimens sent, and updating the team about any orders on hold.
This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift from Monday to Friday with morning shifts. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.
