Job Description
- Research and select optimal digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, programmatic networks)
- Manage ad execution and inventory across display, video, search, and social channels

- Manage bidding strategies and optimize for cost-efficiency (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS)
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time and make data-driven optimizations
- Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters for accurate attribution
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for organic search opportunities
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical SEO elements
- Monitor search engine rankings and organic traffic performance
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices
- Collaborate with content teams on SEO-optimized content development
- Track and report on organic search performance metrics
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS, Quality Score)
- Generate comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
- Provide recommendations for budget reallocation based on performance data
- Calculate and report ROI/ROAS across all paid media channels
- Monitor competitor advertising activities and industry benchmarks
- Maintain deep expertise in advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X(Twitter) Ads)
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics)
- Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns
- Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and industry best practices
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Media/Communications or any relevant qualitication

- 3-5 years in digital media buying, paid advertising, or performance marketing
- Proven track record managing significant advertising budgets with measurable ROI
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and Google Analytics
- Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaigns Manager, X(Twitter) Ads)
- Good knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization
- Experience with B2B or B2G digital marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for performance and cost-efficiency
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and analytics
