Job Description

You are currently seeking female Customer Relationship Managers with strong communication and convincing skills for a position located in Hyderabad, Secunderabad. The ideal candidates should possess interactive and polite demeanor along with proficiency in MS Excel.

Your role will primarily involve engaging with clients in a courteous manner, while maintaining a presentable and energetic outlook even under pressure. As a Customer Care Executive within the ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service/Muslim Marriage Bureau domain, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
We are looking for well-mannered and matured individuals with at least 1-2 years of experience, holding a graduate degree. Candidates with excellent communication and computer skills are encouraged to apply promptly. Fluency in English and Urdu/Hindi is preferred.
