Job Title: HR Intern

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Chattarpur, Delhi (Work from Home)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time (6 days/week) 

Stipend: ₹5,000 - ₹7,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition. High-performing candidates will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support other HR activities as required

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (especially English communication)
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
• Immediate joiners preferred
