Job Description
The Relationship Manager at Mudrex plays a crucial role in building and maintaining the trust our customers have in our product. They ensure their customers success and provide excellent relationship management by leading with empathy and transparency. This position will focus on the following:
- Building long lasting relationships with clients
- Converting users into investors
- Growing assets under management (AUM), and
- Reducing churn
Responsibilities:
- Dive deep into understanding the investment needs and risk tolerance of clients to provide bespoke, value-driven services.
- Develop strategies that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
- Foster rewarding relationships with clients that will have you appreciated as their trusted advisor.
- Understand and anticipate customer goals and challenges, always staying a step ahead to provide proactive solutions.
- Be the knowledgeable guide who illuminates the features and benefits of Mudrex, and the array of crypto instruments available, boosting clients confidence in the crypto investing.
- Strive to surpass customer success-related KPIs, turning milestones into triumphant victories.
- Discover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell, opening new avenues for clients and contributing to our growth story.
- Act as an advocate for customers within the organization, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are met.
- Regularly assess customer satisfaction, identifying and pre-empting potential churn risks, thus ensuring our clients journey remains smooth and engaging.
- Become the preferred point of contact for key clients, forming strong, rewarding relationships.

- Stay on the pulse of cryptocurrency market trends, price changes, and regulatory shifts - being a knowledge beacon in the exciting, ever-evolving crypto landscape.
- A bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in customer relationship management/service or sales roles - a track record we hope youll extend with us.
- Passionate about cryptocurrencies and their future.
- Can speak Hindi and English fluently.
