About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Servicing professional to join our team on an onsite-freelance basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months

• Serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams (creative, strategy, production).
• Understand and interpret client briefs, ensuring clear communication and effective execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Prepare and present campaign reports, status updates, and performance evaluations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Support in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative discussions.

What Were Looking For:

• 110 years of relevant experience in Account Management / Client Servicing.
• Strong understanding of advertising processes and campaign management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a problem-solving attitude.
• Must be available to work from the Gurgaon office.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
