Senior Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager who will drive product development from concept to launch and beyond, leveraging AI tools to enhance product strategy and execution. This role requires a hands-on PM who can bridge technical and business teams while maintaining a data-driven approach to product development.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Lifecycle Management

• Own end-to-end product development from ideation through production launch
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business) to deliver on schedule
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility

AI-Driven Product Strategy

• Integrate AI tools and capabilities into product workflows and features
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for product enhancement and automation
• Collaborate with AI engineers to define feasible AI-powered solutions
• Stay current on AI trends and tools relevant to product management

Performance Analysis & Iteration

• Define and track key product metrics (KPIs, conversion rates, user engagement)
• Analyze product performance using analytics tools and user feedback
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize product features

• Make data-driven decisions for product iterations and improvements
• Create regular product performance reports for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of core product management experience with at least 2 products taken from inception to production
• Demonstrated experience in full product lifecycle management
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, or similar for productivity and product ideation
• Strong analytical skills with experience in product analytics platforms
• Experience writing technical specifications and working closely with engineering teams
• Track record of shipping products and iterating based on performance data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
• Background in AI/ML product development or AI-integrated features
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and squad-based development
• Experience with user research and customer discovery processes
• Technical background or ability to understand technical constraints

Technical Skills & Tools

Essential:

• AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Lovable, n8n etc.)
• Product analytics platforms( CleverTap, Google Analytics, or similar)
• Project management tools (Jira, Clickup, Asana, or similar)
• Data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, basic SQL)

Preferred:

• Basic understanding of AI capabilities (LLMs, image generation, automation)
• Familiarity with API integrations and technical architectures
• Experience with A/B testing platforms
• Knowledge of frontend/backend development concepts
