Delivery Consultant

We are hiring a Delivery Consultant with 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment, UK IT Recruitment, Technical Recruitment, and Recruitment Delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience working with UK clients and a proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery. This role requires excellent stakeholder management and sourcing expertise. Our client is headquartered in London, offering exposure to global hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Must have DC/recruitment experience and it must be from the technology sector.
• Must have experience of working the UK contract market and within UK business hours (08:30-17:30 GMT/BST).
• Must have experience of remote working full time and also a strong, stable Wi-Fi connection and a quiet, dedicated work space.
• Good at building and maintaining relationships with mid-level to senior candidates.
• Excellent English (verbal and written).
• Must be comfortable communicating in a confident and professional manner.
• Resilient personality and able to be persistent when needed.
• Ability to integrate and work well with the team in a remote setting, and especially with the sales team.

Qualifications

  Get Hired
  Finance technology experience working within the banking sector (UK).
• Technical technology experience familiar with working niche roles and technical roles such as Cyber security, DevOps/Cloud, Architecture, Software Engineering.
• Understanding of IR35 legislations.
• Having a general knowledge of geographic locations in UK would be advantageous.
• A strong personality, team player and winning attitude.
• Personality wise a person who is able to hold themselves accountable and able to work well under pressure.
