About the Role

We are looking for a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator with experience in international courier operations. The ideal candidate will manage daily shipment processes, liaise with courier partners, ensure timely delivery of parcels, and assist in optimizing shipping operations. This role is critical for supporting our consumer-focused, cross-border shipping business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and dispatch activities, ensuring parcels are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
• Manage relationships with international courier companies (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Parcelforce, Transglobal Express, etc.).
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation including commercial invoices, customs declarations, and tracking records.
• Monitor shipment status, follow up on delays, and resolve delivery issues quickly.
• Track and report key shipping KPIs, including delivery times, costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and scheduling shipments based on volume, priority, and cost efficiency.
• Support the Shipping Manager in process improvements and courier contract negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a coordinator, logistics assistant, or shipping coordinator, ideally with international courier exposure.

  Familiarity with express courier vs freight/shipping operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and courier partners.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Proficiency with shipping software, Excel, and tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Logistics, supply chain, or business administration diploma/degree.
• Experience in e-commerce or consumer parcel shipping.
• Knowledge of international customs procedures and documentation.
