Our focus will be about defining the finance charter and strengthening the governance framework viz validating financial targets, setting up budgetary controls, controllership functions of the India and US years - 11 Controller and Treasury

• Leads the Corporate Finance function for India and is responsible for external and internal reporting of financial information including month end close process, annual audits including Board reporting.
• Manage monthly close, audits and procurement process.
• Strong familiarity with US GAAP/ IFRS based financial standards especially service revenue recognition.
• Manage Treasury, payment gateway and Banking Finance and Taxation
• 
  Expertise with Financial Models, AOP and ability to model complex business scenarios.
• Understanding of the unit level metrics.
• Familiar with US and India taxes to ensure compliance and filings 1099, Use and Sales tax etc.
• Secretarial and Legal contracts basic familiarity of timeline and laws, work with CS firms.
• Chartered Accountant and have 6+ years of overall experience and 4 years in finance controllership/tax / Technical Skills
• Strong excel modelling skills is a must.
