Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Citrix Systems Administrator with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Citrix infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of systems and applications. You will work closely with other IT teams to support and integrate Citrix-based solutions across the organization.

- Administration and maintenance of Citrix infrastructure (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Netscaler)?
- Planning, implementation, and optimization of Citrix solutions?
- Administration and operation of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments?
- Monitoring and maintaining server, network, and system performance?
- Ensuring system availability, stability, and performance?
- Performing error analysis and troubleshooting in Citrix and related environments?
- Supporting the implementation and enforcement of IT security policies and measures?
- Collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to ensure smooth application integration and support?
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and manuals using tools like Jira and Confluence?
- Engineering Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.?
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in IT system administration, with a strong focus on Citrix environments?
- Deep knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Netscaler, and Citrix Provisioning Services?
- Proven experience in managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments?
- Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory?
- Solid understanding of network protocols and infrastructure?
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware?
- Familiarity with security best practices and security solution implementation?
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities?
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills?
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude?
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Exposure to German language/culture is a plus.?
- Experience in working with global stakeholders and ability to work with intercultural teams.?
