Job Description

Job Summary :
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Inside Sales Manager to lead and scale our global inside sales operations.
- The role involves managing a team of inside sales representatives, driving revenue growth across international markets, and building strong customer relationships through remote sales channels such as calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in international sales, team leadership, and B2B/B2C selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the international inside sales team, ensuring achievement of revenue and pipeline targets
- Develop and execute global sales strategies tailored to different regions and markets
- Drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion through outbound and inbound sales activities


- Build and maintain relationships with international clients (US, UK, APAC, EMEA markets)
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, KPIs, and pipeline health
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies
- Coach, mentor, and train the sales team on selling techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge
- Manage CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc) and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion strategies in international markets
- Handle escalations, complex client negotiations, and strategic accounts
Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8-10+ years of experience in inside sales / international sales / SaaS sales
- Proven experience in managing inside sales teams and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of international markets, cultural nuances, and sales cycles
- Expertise in B2B sales, lead generation, and pipeline management
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc. )
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and reporting
- Ability to work in different time zones (US/UK shifts preferred)
