Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow Muratas market share in India.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions using Muratas product portfolio.

Channel Partner Management:

  • Manage and support channel partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews for partners.

Technical Support:

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to address customer requirements.

Market Intelligence:

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree inElectronics/Electrical Engineering.
  • 38 yearsof experience in technical sales or business development in theelectronics industry.
  • Strong knowledge ofelectronic componentsand applications.
  • Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
