Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Python Developer with experience. In this role, you will work closely with research engineers and linguists to develop and enhance NLP systems in the speech synthesis domain. This position requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, effective communication, and a passion for creating high-quality software.

- Develop NLP systems according to the project requirements.
- Collaborate with international language experts to incorporate diverse linguistic features.
- Work with large datasets to support language learning and model training.
- Analyse and implement changes as needed, ensuring all bugs are addressed and resolved.
- Deliver high-quality code with zero defects by following industry best practices and maintaining rigorous testing standards.
- Contribute to patent filing and intellectual property protection activities, as applicable.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from Tier 1 Colleges.
- 1-3 years of experience in Python development.
- Experience with NLP and machine learning frameworks such as NLTK, spaCy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement algorithms efficiently.
- Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e. g., Git).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, bug-free software.
- Experience with speech synthesis or related domains.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages like Java.
- Knowledge of Web servers and databases.
