Responsibilities as a SP3D Administrator:

• Installation and configuration of Oracle/MS-SQL database, related software to suit project requirements.
• Complete setup of SP3D, Including RDB (Reference Database) setup, Batch Server and file server setup etc.
• Drawings and Reports Customization
• SEED File customization for SP3D
• Custom Attributes as per Client Requirements
• Customization of Isometric template and style as per client requirement.
• Different types of symbols customization by using CAXperts Software
• Responsible for SP3D database maintenance, Synchronization & DB Integrity Checks
• SP3D IFC Server Setup Including Customization of IFC Rules as per the requirement using VB6
• Piping Specification and catalogue customization in Microsoft excels and bulk loading into catalog.
  
• Different type of Drawing View Style customization for GAD extraction as per client requirement.
• Isometric Troubleshoot & solve SP users day-to-day issues, and ensure smooth running of the systems.
• Study/Review key SP3D activities like interference detection and To-do” list.
• Smart Plant Review – Installation, SPR generation and required Surface styles creation as per the client requirement.
• Develop/coordinate SP3D Practices and procedures for all disciplines.
• Responsible for daily SP3D backup.
• Providing and maintaining the permissions on DB, Physical Shares and other access rights for the required applications

Responsibilities:

• Piping modeling with Sp3d Ver. 2011
• Equipment Modeling with SP3D Ver. 2011
• Isometric Extraction by Using SP3d 2011
• Hard and soft QC checkups for equipment and piping.
• Isometric extraction and resolving errors generated while extraction of Isometrics
• Review file generation in SP3D for SPR
• Reviewing plant model on Smart Plant Review for clash checking.
• Report generation for Equipment Nozzles & Piping.

• Smart Plant 3D / S3D (2009 – 2018)
• CAXperts
• Smart Sketch
• Auto Cad (2006 to 2014) & Cadworx
• Micro Station (V7 & V8)
• Smart Plant Review /Navies Works
• Smart Plant PID Administration
• Knowledge on E3d Administration.
• Microsoft OfficeRole & responsibilities :
