The Role

As Head of AI/ML & Technology, youll be the technical force multiplier who transforms our ambitious vision into a deployed reality. This isnt about managing sprints or optimizing databases its about architecting AI systems that operate at the intersection of cutting-edge computer science and real-world mission criticality.

You will:

• Own the technical vision for a platform that operates at massive scale while maintaining mission-critical reliability
• Lead breakthrough innovations in optimization and distributed intelligence, positioning us at the forefront of emerging computational paradigms
• Architect autonomous systems that coordinate complex operations across diverse domains
• Drive technical strategy across our product portfolio serving defence, aerospace, and critical infrastructure sectors
• Build and inspire a world-class engineering team, scaling from our current core to 50+ engineers
  
• Navigate complex technical decisions, balancing performance, security, and operational constraints
• Interface with customers, including defence ministries, Fortune 500 aerospace companies, and critical infrastructure providers
• Shape our R&D roadmap, balancing immediate customer needs with breakthrough innovations in next-generation computing

What Were Looking For

Essential Expertise:

• Deep technical depth in distributed systems, real-time processing, and AI/ML architectures
• Proven track record of building and scaling mission-critical systems (defence/aerospace experience highly valued)
• Hands-on leadership you can architect complex systems while guiding technical teams
• Experience with autonomous systems, intelligent agents, or distributed AI architectures
• Strong foundation in advanced algorithms and optimization techniques
• Security-first mindset with understanding of enterprise and government compliance requirements
