Major Roles & Responsibilities

Concept Development Creating innovative and functional architectural concepts based on client requirements, site conditions, and project goals.

Design & Visualization Preparing 2D drawings, 3D models, and visual renderings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or BIM tools.

Space Planning Designing efficient layouts that optimize space utilization while ensuring functionality and aesthetics.

Construction Documentation Developing detailed construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications for contractors and engineers.

Client Consultation Meeting with clients to understand their vision, budget, and preferences while providing design recommendations and updates.

Material & Finish Selection Researching and selecting appropriate building materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with design intent and project budgets.

Project Coordination Collaborating with engineers, interior designers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Compliance & Regulations Ensuring designs adhere to building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

Site Visits & Supervision Conducting site inspections to monitor construction progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure quality standards are met.

Research & Innovation Keeping up-to-date with emerging architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and innovative technologies.
