Major Roles & Responsibilities 

Site Supervision & Management
Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed as per design, specifications, and approved drawings.

Project Planning & Execution

Quality Control & Assurance
Monitor construction quality to ensure compliance with standards, codes, and project specifications.
Conduct inspections and address non-conformance issues promptly.

Safety Compliance
Enforce safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment.
Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks for the workforce.

Material & Resource Management
Coordinate procurement and ensure the availability of materials and equipment.
Monitor material usage to minimize wastage and control costs.

Technical Support & Problem Solving
Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Track daily progress, prepare work status reports, and communicate updates to management.
Highlight potential delays and recommend corrective measures.

Coordination with Stakeholders
Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Participate in site meetings and provide input on project improvements.

Compliance & Documentation
Maintain proper site records including drawings, permits, and inspection reports.
Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement & Learning
Stay updated with the latest construction techniques and technologies.
Recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
