- As an Operations Manager Insurance at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd, your role involves overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Insurance department. You will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with risk management teams to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks associated with Insurance department activities.
- Generating regular reports on operational metrics, analyzing data to identify trends, and providing insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Developing and maintaining robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted operations in case of unforeseen events.
- Conducting due diligence on new clients, investment products, and counterparties to ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
- Supervising and mentoring a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance and adherence to operational standards.
In terms of qualifications and experience, you are required to be a Graduate in any stream with 5 to 8 years of experience in insurance operations management.
