JOB DESCRIPTION FOR JRE (Jr. Relationship Executive) (Males Preferred below 30 Years)
Responsible to attending walk -in clients at Branches.Responsible for accepting & appraising gold jewelers as per company norms.Ensuring proper Verification & Valuation of Collateral Securities and Documents.Responsible for processing/ documentations of Loans & other financial services.Responsible for cross selling of all products and achieving of individual & branch targets.Responsible for conducting field visits and meeting corporate customers for business development.Responsible for ATM monitoring & functioning if the same is attached to the branch.Ensuring following of all procedures & policies as per laid down by the organization.Coordination with various Banks & preparation of BRS.Responsible for completion of all Accounts related works in the branch.Responsible to maintain up-keep of the branch and ensure confidentially in all dealings.Responsible for tele-calling customers for following up on interest collection regularly.

Job description - (Probationary Officer)

• 
  Canvassing and sourcing of New Customers to increase Gold loan Business,


• Revenue generations through Cross Selling products & Interest Collection,


• Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.


• Customer Relationship and Follow-up, Maintenance of important registers and daily reports, Cash Management and accounting


• Direct Marketing of Cross selling products at branches for insurance/mutual fund/Personal

Loan/Home Loan and other allied products.

Required Candidate profile

• 
  MBA & MCOM from Reputed College with MBA in marketing and finance


• Good communication skill


• Understanding of local language, fluency of English will be added advantage


• Good Analytical skills


• Ability to probe customers business model


• Good interpersonal skills: should effectively manage the peers and customers

Job description - (Interns)
Handling Sales & Operation At branch of banking products to clients. Products might include either Gold loan, Personal loans, Home loans, Auto Loans ,vehicle Loans Mortgage, Loans, Or other allied products or all of these.

• Prospecting and identifying new leads and pitching to the clients.


• Providing client service to existing customers. They are required to manage all aspects of customer relationships


• Corporate sales to get premium and HNI clients


• Strategizing & implementing ways to achieve sales targets.
