Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Field Officer based in Kerala, India. The Field Officer will be responsible for identifying, organizing, and managing Joint Liability Groups (JLGs), facilitating loan disbursement to eligible customers, and conducting regular group meetings. The role also involves monitoring loan repayment, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial discipline. Additionally, the Field Officer will promote financial literacy and support customers in their entrepreneurial ventures.
