Role Description

This full-time, on-site Relationship Officer role is based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, identifying potential customers, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include promoting microfinance services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving assigned sales and business targets. The role involves fieldwork, directly interacting with women customers to evaluate their financial needs and driving the companys mission of promoting financial inclusion and entrepreneurship.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Knowledge of Finance and an understanding of microfinance or related financial sectors.
