Job Description
- As a Business Development Manager at Home Solution Provider, you will be responsible for leading the Home Solutions vertical with a focus on customer experience, team management, and sales performance in key product categories such as home appliances, electronics, and related services. Your job will require you to be on-site to effectively manage the operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Home Solution team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive category growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Supervise day-to-day operations including customer consultations, product recommendations, and service delivery.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, installation, and service teams.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations to maintain product knowledge and service standards.
- Analyze sales trends and prepare actionable reports for management.
- Manage vendor relationships and explore opportunities for new product tie-ups.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales or retail management, preferably in the home appliances or electronics sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to comprehend technical specifications and communicate customer value.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving performance.
