Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, or others. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create engaging dashboards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw meaningful insights from complex datasets. Experience in web scraping and data collection from diverse sources. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity. Knowledge of customer experience metrics, such as NPS, CSAT, and CES, is advantageous. Understanding market dynamics and customer trends is a plus. o Experience Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
