Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Manage sales documentation and maintain organized records.
- Prepare, process, and manage all sales-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and for.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding backend operational matters. Investigate and resolve client grievances in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and scheduling.

Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in a sales backend operations or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
