MYK LATICRETE - Regional Market Development Manager

1) Market Development Responsibilities: Oversee marketing development activities across assigned regions/territories
2) Team Leadership: Lead a team of Area Market Development Managers and/or Market Development Executives.
3) Influencer Engagement: Spearhead influencer engagement activities such as promotional meets, naka meets, and van activities.
4) Activity Effectiveness Analysis: Analyse the effectiveness of engagement activities and suggest as well as execute next steps for business generation.

5) Retention and Growth of Masons/Contractors:
5.1 Responsible for the retention and growth of masons and contractors within the assigned territory.
5.2 Lead and achieve desired targets of mason and contractor schemes.
5.3 Engage with non-active or zero-point users (masons/contractors) to encourage them to scan product tokens.
6) Site Leads Management: Maintain and follow up on site leads for conversion to ensure continuous site demands of MYK Laticrete products.
7) Relationship Building: Work closely with Architects, large masons, and contractors to establish new products in the market.
8) Build relationships with architects and interior designers to help the team secure product and site approvals.
9) Branding Management: Manage branding vendors and execute branding/visibility initiatives as per market demand.
10) Responsible for Coordinating the Product Launches along with Product Managers & Local Sales Team
11) Strategic Approach: Inputs to team/ management to capture new/ existing market share
