Job Description
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management processes
- Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related software tools
- Familiarity with Benefits Administration and employee engagement practices
- Ability to coordinate and support employee training initiatives
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
- Prior experience in an HR role and knowledge of labor laws is a plus
