This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Training Manager in Life Insurance located in Bhubaneshwar . The Area Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, assessing training needs, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- 5 YEAR Experience in training and development in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of life insurance products and services
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop appropriate programs
- Experience in coaching and mentoring individuals
