Founded in 2024, the company leverages data-driven solutions to empower farmers, improve productivity, and promote environmentally responsible practices.
The company is now building a digital platform and mobile app that connects farmers, service providers, and agri-value chain stakeholders to enable smarter decision-making, efficient waste management, and access to agriculture and allied services.
Position Overview
The Lead - Growth & Product Marketing will be responsible for driving the growth strategy, app adoption, and user engagement for Company's digital platform. The role requires a strong blend of product thinking, digital marketing expertise, and customer empathy, ideally from a consumer-tech or e-commerce background.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and community empowerment - shaping the go-to-market and engagement strategy for an inclusive AgriTech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute an integrated user acquisition, activation, and retention strategy for the KUPL mobile app.
- Build multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, influencer, field activations, partnerships).
- Drive data-led experimentation to improve customer journeys and conversion rates.
Product & App Marketing
- Partner with the Product and Tech teams to influence roadmap decisions based on user feedback and analytics.
- Design in-app communication strategies (push notifications, referral programs, loyalty schemes).
- Define and monitor key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, engagement rate, churn, and retention.
Brand Building & Content
- Develop a compelling brand narrative around sustainability, innovation, and community empowerment.
- Lead creation of digital and vernacular content tailored to farmers and rural users.
- Build strategic collaborations with Agri influencers, FPOs, and regional partners.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and CSR teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
- Manage marketing budgets, agency partners, and internal creative teams for impactful execution.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 8-12 years, ideally in consumer-tech / e-commerce / mobility / AgriTech startups.
- Education: MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Product Management, or related field.
- Proven track record in app marketing, user acquisition, and product growth.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and automation systems.
- Strong understanding of rural markets, user segmentation, and adoption dynamics
- Exceptional analytical skills, creative thinking, and executional ownership.
