Manager - Business Development

About the Company:


We are a technology-driven organization focused on delivering cutting-edge IoT-powered water management solutions that help industries optimize water usage, reduce waste, and achieve sustainability goals As part of our growth journey, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and drive customer acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own & deliver multi-crore annual sales targets.
2. Develop high-potential leads through research, networking, & referrals.
3. Build and nurture enterprise & industrial customer relationships.
4. Conduct site visits, presentations, & contract negotiations.
5. Collaborate with product, engineering, & operations teams to deliver customer success.
6. Provide market insights & track sector-wise performance.

What We're Looking For:

1. Management degree from a reputed institute combined with a degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Environment Engineering.
2. 3 to 8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales (automation or technology-driven solutions).
3. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong customer empathy.
6. Willingness to travel extensively across North and West India.
7. Passion for sustainability and impact-driven work.
